Unfortunately, the lake has been to busy for me to ski today and tomorrow.

In times like these, I will spend some of the day ” day dreaming” aka visualization about skiing. With any type of sport or exercise it is just as important to imagine yourself accomplishing your goals. Once you believe in yourself and start seeing yourself achieving your goals it helps make these goals a reality. Next time you go to the gym for you killer workout or the next practice you have, before you get there start thinking about your goals and why you are there.
