As your coach, I will guide to you the art of moving through Kettlebell exercises.  I will help you understand the physiology and the body mechanics. With this knowledge you will learn how to move with grace and efficiency.

It is an honor and privilege to guide you to do what you may have once thought to be the impossible.  This could be running a 5k, deadlift 2x your body weight, learning the power of a kettlebell swing  or simply walking without pain!
